A seminar was held under the sponsorship of the Serbian Institute of the Juche Idea on December 11, occasion of  the

Speakers noted that Comrade KIM JONG IL’s life and work was intimately bound up with defending the revolutionary ideas of the great leader comrade KIM IL SUNG and carrying them forward. Comrade KIM JONG IL made great achievements in not only defending the great Juche idea , the revolutionary ideology that was pioneered and laid down by comrade KIM IL SUNG , but developing it  in depth and systematizing itt thoroughly.

Present there were over 20 persons including the members of the institute, intellectuals and the men of the press.

They stressed that the progressive people in Serbia were sure that the DPRK people would carry forward the tradition of the great victory to destroy the isolation and pressure of the imperialist allied forces including the US imperialists and win a final victory in the struggle for building a powerful socialist country and achieving the independence and peaceful reunification of the country under the leadership of General Secretary Kim Jong Un.

On the occasion of the 68th anniversary of the Victory in the Korea Fatherland Liberation War, Mr. Marijan Kubik, Deputy Chief of SERBIAN NATIONAL COMMITTEE ON THE STUDY OF JUCHE IDEA, released the statement as follows:   On July 27, 1953 the Korean people won a victory in the Fatherland Liberation War against the armed invasion of the imperialist allied forces. The great leader Kim Il Sung led the war to a great victory. He liberated Korea in his early 30s through the bloody anti-Japanese war and led the Fatherland Liberation War to victory in his early 40s. He was an iron-willed brilliant commander who defeated two imperialist powers in one generation. When the war broke out, it was five years after the country was liberated and a little over two years after the regular armed forces were founded.
