The Korean People's Army is known as a very strong army in the international community. Many experts appreciate the power of the Korean People's Army.

First of all, the Korean People's Army is an ideological powerful army.

Often, when it comes to military power, the level, type, and quantity of weapons are compared, but in fact, the most important thing is the ideological status of the soldiers who operate the weapon. No matter how good the weapons are, if the soldiers who go to war have no faith or lack of will, they will be defeated.

The Korean People's Army is an army that absolutely respects its supreme commander.

Just by looking at the basic slogans of the Korean People's Army, such as "Let's defend the Central Committee of the WPK headed by the great Comrade Kim Jong Un with our lives!", you can intuit the ideological and mental state of supporting their leader.

In addition, the Korean People's Army has the spirit of dedicated service to their country and the people. The slogan of the Korean People's Army includes "Let's take charge of both national security and socialist construction!" and "We Serve the People!". In reality, they are not only protecting the defense line of the country as impenetrable as a wall of steel, but also making a breakthrough in economic construction and building monumental buildings. They have also played a large role in the recovery of disasters and is being lifted.

Second, the Korean People's Army is a very well-trained army.

In the military, training is the most important thing. In particular, ceremonial training that intensively shows the discipline of the army is very important. In the parade ceremony of the Korean People's Army, tens of thousands of soldiers move as one without a single error. This is not something that can be learned in only one or two months. This is possible only with regular training.

That's not all. The Korean People's Army strongly advocates training-first and enthusiasm for training. They attach great importance to divisional training such as marksmanship, master gunner training, tank troop competition and combat aircraft competition. These trainings are frequently led by the Supreme Commander Kim Jong Un on the spot.

Third, the Korean People's Army is an armed forces equipped with their own developed ultramodern armed equipment.

Among the armed equipment that the People's Army has shown in various exercises and parades, there are many weapons whose performance has not been disclosed. Therefore, you can only guess the performance by looking at the appearance. But even that guess alone is surprising many experts.

The parade to celebrate the 75th Founding anniversary of the Workers' Party of Korea held in October 2020 showed that the DPRK has developed and produced the state-of-the-art armed equipment of its own style with its own technology.

February 8 of this year marks the 74th anniversary of the founding of the Korean People's Army.
