Book Releasing Ceremony on the Day of the Shining Star
On the occasions of the 81st anniversary of birth
of the Great Comrade KIM JONG IL, the Book Releasing Ceremony took in Novi Sad on Feb 18th,
2023.
Mr Viktor
Janovic, president of Study of the Juche Idea of Serbia opened the meeting by
saying that the birth anniversary of the great leader comrade KIM JONG IL is celebrated by the Korean
people and world progressive people as the Day of the Shining Star.
On the occasions of the 81st anniversary of birth
of the Great Comrade KIM JONG IL, the New Communist Party of
Yugoslavia and Serbian National Committee on the Study of Juche Idea publish the
Immortal Work “ON THE FUNDAMENTALS OF REVOLUTIONARY PARTY BUILDING” in order to
perpetuate the immortal exploits of the Party building performed by the great
leader
31 years
have passed since KIM JONG IL made
his historic Work "On the Fundamentals of Revolutionary Party Building“.
This was and is a most brilliant work that shows the way to win victory in the
struggle for the final victory of socialism is to mount a bold and daring
revolutionary ideological offensive.
In the early
1990s the world socialist cause had fallen into a vortex of serious crisis and
setback owing to successive collapse of socialism in some countries. The
parties in the countries that were building socialism had to suffer the tragedy
of losing their decades-long leadership positions and being dissolved. The
imperialists and other anti-socialist elements, clamouring about the “end of
socialism” and “victory of capitalism,” were scheming to stamp out socialism on
the planet.
The
revolutionary parties and the progressive peoples of the world were faced with
a pressing task to safeguard the cause of socialism and develop it.
In such a
historical period KIM JONG IL made
public this work so as to explain that promoting the socialist cause depends on
how the party which leads the cause is built and how its leading role is
enhanced.
Stressing
that it was extremely important for the revolutionary parties to correctly
review the historical experience and lessons of party building as they adopted
the Pyongyang Declaration, which was signed in April 1992 by 70 political
parties aspiring after socialism, around the world as their common fighting
programme and were undertaking a fresh struggle for socialism, KIM JONG IL, first of all, clarified
the historical lessons in building a government party under socialism.
Mentioning
that the collapse of socialist ruling parties and socialism’s return to
capitalism in some countries could be considered as abnormal, passing phenomena
in the light of the general trend of human history, he pointed out that their
collapse was explained by the fact that they had failed to conduct properly the
party building and party activities.
KIM JONG IL also clarified that the failures to
strengthen the party’s organizational and ideological bases, fortify its mass
foundation, adhere to the revolutionary principles for building a working-class
party and establish Juche in party building and activities were important
factors in the collapse of the socialist ruling parties.
KIM JONG IL went on to say that the
historical lessons from the collapse of the socialist ruling parties and of the
socialist systems in some countries showed that if the cause of socialism is to
be completed the purity of the socialist idea must be maintained firmly and
continuity of leadership ensured by strengthening the party.

Jankovic saying that the work „On the Fundamentals of Revolutionary Party
Building“ published by KIM JONG IL
provided the guiding principles that the revolutionary parties and peoples
should consistently adhere to by clarifying the fundamentals of revolutionary
party building of the working class, heads of Communist and Workers’ parties in
many countries and personages of political and social circles of the world
stressed that they could safeguard the socialist cause and advance vigorously
for victory with an ideological weapon powerful enough to smash the maneuvers of
imperialists and reactionaries.

developed and concretized.
KIM JONG IL work that provides guidelines for
revolutionary party building will have eternal vitality in encouraging the
struggle of revolutionaries and progressive peoples of the world to defend and
develop the cause of independence, cause of socialism, of the masses of the
people.
The
respected Comrade KIM JONG UN clarified
the five-point orientation for party building with political, organizational,
ideological, disciplinary and work-style building in the new era as the WPK's
line in the historic commemorative lecture during his visit to Central Cadres
Training School of WPK in December 2022.
His unique
idea and theory of party building is the ideological and theoretical weapon of for the
revolutionary parties.
Under the
wise leadership of the respected Comrade KIM
JONG Un, the WPK will overcome a difficulties and advance toward the path
of socialism.
And also,
the members of Study of the Juche Idea of Serbia, NKPJ and guset hailed the
publication of „On the Fundamentals of Revolutionary Party Building“ as it is a
most powerful ideaological weapon.
